Behavioural Flexibility – Another Test!
Isn’t it amazing how, despite best laid plans, things can come to a sudden halt!
I had this experience yesterday, where 2 back to back phone calls slammed a big door in the face of this weekend’s Results Revolution seminar! Suddenly, something that had been prepared over a number of months was now a seemingly impossible situation.
In the words of Jim Rohn – “Isn’t that interesting!”
I think that is all you can say when something like that happens. And so it is back to the drawing board. Events like this are only an issue if you let them throw you off target completely. Instead, the best recourse is to take immediate action and continue along the path you have set for yourself.
With that in mind, the next dates for Results Revolution will be posted very soon. I will let you all know as soon as the new date and venue are sorted, and will find a way of using the extra time to make the next event even bigger and better!
If you find yourself facing similar challenges, even those which seem completely unforeseeable, you have a couple of options. Firstly, you can shout, stamp your feet and complain, and whilst this may help vent the frustration, it does little or nothing to help take you forward. The other option then is to regroup, gather yourself and plan how to move forward with renewed vigour. Things like this are destined to happen occasionally, so use the experience and take whatever learnings you need to in order to help you move forward.
