How to start 2008 with a BANG!

So how have you started your year? I have already seen people this year doing exactly the same as last year, and yet they seem to expect something to change for them, which seems very close to the definition of insanity.

For things to change… YOU have to change!

How much did you invest in yourself last year? What time did you spend planning? What resources did you re-invest back into yourself?
